PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BECAUSE THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU.

Ordering

By placing an order via this Website, the Customer makes an offer to purchase the Product(s) he or she has ordered on these terms and conditions. nippon-x.com may or may not accept the Customer's offer at the nippon-x.com's absolute discretion.

Upon receipt of the Customer’s order, nippon-x.com will verify the availability of the Product(s) and the Customer’s credit card or other payment details. nippon-x.com has not accepted the Customer’s offer and is not obliged to supply the Product(s) until nippon-x.com has shipped the Product(s) and sent an order confirmation to the Customer by email.

Payment, Pricing

Pricing of Product(s) shall be the price as stipulated on nippon-x.com at the time when the Customer places an order with nippon-x.com. Our prices change everyday, no discount no refund will be accepted after an order. Upon placing an order with nippon-x.com, nippon-x.com will charge the Customer on confirmation of the order or prior to shipment.

nippon-x.com will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of Customer's order and payment secure but nippon-x.com cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by the Customer.

In case of Credit Card/Payment, the order's total amount will be converted from japanese currency in your own currency by Paypal or your card issuer. The amount on your card statments or paypal account may be different from the total amount of your order because of the currency rate fluctuations or card issuer fees. nippon-x.com will have no obligation to refund the difference from the amount on the card statments/paypal account and the amount from nippon-x.com when the customer placed an order .

In case of international wire transfer, the amount received by our bank may be different from the amount sent by the customer if he did not send the money in japanese currency and paid all tranfer fees. nippon-x.com will have no obligation to accept an order cancellation or deliver the ordered Product(s) to the Customer until we receive the order's total amount.

Shipping & Delivery

We won't ship product(s) to Japanese people living in Japan. Please use another websites/shops in Japan. Our webiste is destinated to Japanese people / foreigners living outside Japan and foreigners living in Japan.

Product(s) will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the Customer. The rate of the shipment cost depends on the weight and destination country of the package. The ordered products are dispatched to the address indicated by the buyer within 1-3 business days, 24 hours or same day depends on product(s) disponibility after the payment confirmation. We will use EMS, International ePacket, Airmail depends on shipping method selection when the customer place an order.

If an order shipment is undeliverable (incompleted delivery address, recipient unknown at the address given, unclaimed package), the Product(s) ordered by the Customer will be returned to our office and the product(s) ordered will be re-delivered another time at the Customer’s expense. The returned Product(s) can be sold to other customers, and nippon-x.com shall have no obligation to accept an order cancellation or re-deliver the returned Product(s) to the Customer with our expense.

In rare cases, some packages may not be delivered after weeks for any reason (lost, weather...). In case your package takes a long time to be delivered please contact us. An investigation procedure will be made from Japan Post office and it may take more than 3 weeks to get results. It is not necessery to call us or send many emails because we will not be able to reply to you until the investigation is close. Once Japan Post office investigation ends, we will receive a letter with a detailed report. If the package has been reported "lost", customer will be refund. We cannot refund an order before getting the results of the investigation.

Import Tax/Duty/Clearance Fee

The item will be shipped to the customer from our office in Japan. The item may be subjected to customs import tax/fee when it enters your country. By buying internationally, you are considered an importer. nippon-x.com will not be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, customs clearance, or other regulations that apply in countries outside Japan. It is the responsibility of Customer to pay the charges levied by the authorities and observe the respective regulations of the country in which he or she receives the Product(s). Therefore it is your responsibility in case there is some import tax/fee to pay. If the customer refuse to pay the taxes and the product(s) ordered return to our office, the returned Product(s) can be sold to other customers, and nippon-x.com shall have no obligation to accept an order cancellation or re-deliver the returned Product(s) to the Customer with our expense.

Return Policy

If the product(s) ordered by the customer are not in conformity with the order or present a manufacturer defect, the customer can return the product to the following address :

No Product(s) shall be returned to nippon-x.com unless :

- The Customer has completed and filed a Request for Return Form (showing the order ID and other identifying numbers) with nippon-x.com
- nippon-x.com has notified the Customer by email that the Customer may return the Product(s) to nippon-x.com
- The item must be sent to us within 7 days of receiving your shipment
- The Product(s) is returned in a clean and well packaged condition.

Once nippon-x.com has received your returned item(s), we will process your return within 2 business days.
In case nippon-x.com delivered a wrong product(s), we will refund the shipping fees.

Warranty

Our products are covered under our own 12 months seller's warranty against any manufacture defects. If a manufacture defect is found within 12 months after the date of purchase, simply contact us and we will provide instructions on how to get your item(s) serviced. We may ask you to return the item to us in Japan and we will have it professionally serviced in a manufacturer appointed service centre.

Order cancellation

We do not accept cancellation after the payment confirmation for any reasons (the product(s) price decrease, the device is not easy to use, the accessory is not compatible with your electronic dictionary...). Denshi-jsho.com will answer to all your questions within hours so please be sure before placing an order.
